Our SafePUPIL webinar guest speaker will be Mr. Larry Davlin. Larry will share with us the critical importance of having an emergency plan and how each person has a role to learn and follow. He is currently the Safety/Homeland Security Manager for a Water Utilities company. His background includes numerous Homeland Security Programs, Communications, an Instructor for Community Emergency Response Team (CERT), Advanced Incident Command and Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD).
Larry has also served as Incident Commander during several local, state and national disaster operations, such as Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans.
