BCISD Goals BCISD will provide quality teaching and rigorous learning in academic and vocational areas with an emphasis on mastery of reading, writing, mathematics, science, and social studies. BCISD will provide a safe and disciplined environment which is conducive to learning. BCISD will place a continued emphasis on providing students with highly qualified teachers and varied ethnic role models. BCISD will insure fiscal responsibility by prudent application of all district funds. BCISD will provide facilities that will support a positive learning environment for students.
