The mission of the Gunter Independent School District is to provide all students a quality education, whereby affording them the oportunity to be successful in a rapidly changing society.

Gunter ISD houses approximately 900 students in grades K-12. We are located about 30 miles north of Frisco and about 20 miles south of Sherman. Our district consists of one elementary school, one middle school, and one high school.
