The mission of High Plains Regional Educational Cooperative (HPREC) is to research and implement sound educational practices in order to be responsive to client needs. We do this by engaging in research-based practices, developing relationships, and implementing systems to transform education. We do this so that all our clients are successful and effective. We envision a collaborative culture where people are valued and encouraged to grow professionally in a positive working environment, which fosters innovation in a progressive attempt to transform education and provide our clients with high quality, research-based educational opportunities to improve outcomes.
