How Does SafePUPIL's LMS Work ?

We make it easy for you to get started fast by creating a custom safety training web site for your company with your branding, logo and colors. Hosted in the ‘cloud’ by Vertical Alliance Group, your site will have a custom look and feel that your employees will immediately identify with using your corporate brand.

Then we preload and assign each driver their own log-in and password for you.

Step 1:
The driver/employee logs into the SafePUPIL system.

Step 2:
The driver/employee opens a customizable menu of training materials like videos, or your own company tools and documents.

Most videos are only 5 - 7 minutes long. Benefits of short videos are:

  • Holding the driver's attention for the whole video improves retention
  • More convenient due to the minimal time commitment
  • Advantageous for ongoing refresher/reminder training affecting long term behavioral changes

Step 3:
After the driver/employee has watched the entire video, test questions automatically begin in order to evaluate driver comprehension and retention of the materials just presented. SafePUPIL's LMS allows you to set the pass/fail parameters for each topic

User Notification – When a user does not adequately pass a test, the video is reassigned to that user identifying the incorrect responses and the grade received.

As a part of the SafePUPIL LMS system, all drivers or employees can be optionally rewarded with a certification of completion. When selected, the certificates are created automatically for you.

Step 4 – Reporting:
The director of transportation or administrator can view any training report, date and time stamped, for all class modules and apply custom data filters (employee, groups of employees, categories, etc.). The example below is a company report by employee.
